These serving boards are finished with a food safe finish that will help to protect the board. These serving boards are NOT to be used as a constant use cutting boards as that can damage the finish. Light cutting will be ok.

DO NOT PUT THESE BOARDS IN THE DISHWASHER. They will warp and can get destroyed.
